Mr. Gordon Langford is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Langford is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor at Langford and Brown, a leading firm in Jamaica that executes appraisals, sales and rental assessments for all real estate classes, inclusive of resorts, agricultural properties, beachfront, residential or commercial properties and has sold numerous exclusive properties with some in excess of USD 30mm. Mr. Langford is also involved in coffee farming and other coffee farming activities both in Jamaica and Overseas.
Mr. Langford attended Polytechnic of Central London (now the University of Westminster) and received a diploma in Urban Estate Management. Mr. Langford then joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as an Associate Member before going on to become a Valuator at Inland Revenue in London and a Rating Surveyor at Savills, Chartered Surveyors in London.
Mr. Langford is the President of the Realtors Association of Jamaica and is a member of the Real Estate Board of Jamaica.
