Mrs. Karen Pennant-Morgan

Mrs. Pennant-Morgan is a highly accomplished professional with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining SSL, she held the post of Compliance Officer at the Victoria Mutual Building Society, where she was responsible for monitoring the Society’s Fifteen Branches ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mrs. Pennant-Morgan previously worked with the Capital & Credit Financial Group (CCFG) holding various positions and ended her tenure there as Operations Manager/Compliance Officer. Mrs. Pennant-Morgan spent 5 years with West Indies Trust Company (subsidiary of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd) where her responsibilities included pension valuation and preparation of financial reports.

A graduate of Holy Childhood High, she holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Mrs. Pennant-Morgan also holds a Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
